Research radar
New in vascular neurology.
Every stroke paper indexed in the last 30 days across ten vascular-neurology topics — sorted the way a busy clinician triages them: guidelines and randomized trials first, bench science last. Bibliographic facts only, refreshed twice a day.
A reading list, not a review
Listing a paper here is not an endorsement of its findings and carries no commentary. Read the primary source before it changes anything you do.

Sorted by what it is.

How this list is built. Records are collected from Europe PMC, restricted to English-language, MEDLINE-indexed journal articles with abstracts — no preprints, no case reports, no editorials. A paper must name its cerebrovascular subject in the title to appear, which keeps out cardiology and general-medicine studies that merely mention stroke as an outcome. Each record is labelled by publication type and sorted guideline → meta-analysis → randomized trial → clinical study, with laboratory work marked and placed last.
Excerpts appear only where the publisher applied a Creative Commons licence, and are attributed to the authors. Everything else links straight to the record.
The topics are chosen; the papers are not. Nothing here is filtered for agreement with anything published elsewhere on this site.
